Travel Plan: National Conference in Calgary 

Namaste! You are all aware of the announcement of NRN-Canada’s Annual National Conference in Calgary on Saturday, 27 June 2009. All people of Nepali origin and friends of Nepal are welcome to attend the Conference. For details, please visit www.nrn-canada.org   

We understand that traveling to Calgary from far places in this country of vast geography involves significant time and money. To ease this, a plan is being developed to travel to Calgary in rental vehicles so that expenses become manageable, although it will take relatively more time than air travel.  

Please find below a tentative plan for those interested:

- Departure Date from Ontario/Quebec: Thursday morning (25 June 2009)8.00

- Tentative Expenses: $150 -175 per person (Cost based on 7 to 8 seat vehicle rent in Toronto)  
- Departure Date from Calgary (tentative): Monday 29 or Tuesday 29 June 2009   

It may be possible that separate group travel plans can be developed for people with similar interest/time-frames.  

Let’s have travel fun,together and be part of the National Gathering of Nepalese in Calgary.
